　　Concerned knowledge about law

　　（1）、根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》第十二条，酗酒滋事,应予处罚。

　　According to Article 12 of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security”, to get drunk and create a disturbance is strictly prohibited in China.

　　（2）、中国法律严禁卖淫嫖娼，违反者将受到十五日以下拘留，警告，可以并处五千元以下罚款。

　　The “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security” stipulates the strict prohibition of prostitution and whoring. Anyone who is acting in contravention of the law will be served a warning, fined less than 5000 yuan, or detained less than 15 days.

　　(3)、.根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》第三十条，外国人在中国嫖娼属于违法行为.

　　According to Article 30 of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security”, a foreigner’s whoring with a prostitute is against the Chinese law.

　　（4）、从事宗教的外国人必须遵守中国法律法规，不得建立任何宗教组织，不得建立有关宗教的管理机构、宣传点或研究所，不得在中国公民中指定神职人员或进行任何其它传教活动。

　　Foreigners who are engaged in religious activities should abide by Chinese law and regulations and will not establish any religious organization, set up an administrative organ, propaganda sites or colleges concerning religion, recruit any new followers, appoint clergyman or carry out other missionary work among the Chinese citizens.

　　(5）、根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》第二十七条，外国人在中国境内驾驶汽车、摩托车需持有有效的中国驾驶执照, 否则处以十五日以下拘留，二百元以下罚款或者警告。

　　According to “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security”, article 27，foreigner should hold valid Chinese driver’s license if he wants to drive an automobile or motorcycle in Chinese territory. Anyone who is acting in contravention of the law will be served a warning, fined less than 200 yuan, or detained less than 15 days.

　　（6）、根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》第二十七条，严禁驾驶无牌无证汽车或摩托车, 违者处十五日以下拘留，二百元以下罚款或者警告。

　　According to Article 27 of “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security”, to drive an automobile or motorcycle without a license number is strictly prohibited. Anyone who is acting in contravention of the law will be served a warning, fined less than 200 yuan, or detained less than 15 days.

　　（7）、雇佣外籍保姆需办理外国人就业证、居留证和职业签证。

　　A foreign housekeeper who wants to work in China shall apply for Aliens’ Work Permit、Resident Permit and employment visa.
