Recently, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of CPC published the List of Safe and Civilized Communities of Shenzhen for 2020. And 14 communities in Nanshan District were listed.
  The safe and civilized communities is divided into three categories: the exemplary community, the advanced community and the standard community. Among them, Jinxiu Garden in Shahe Street, Tencent Binhai Building in Yuehai Street, Shenzhen Bay No. 1, Experimental Primary School of Southern University of Science and Technology Education Group (Nanshan) in Taoyuan Street are the exemplary communities. Songping Village phase III in Xili Street, Guanming YaYuan, Emerald Coast in Shekou Street, Qianhai Danhua Garden in Zhaoshang Street, Jingshan Garden Phase 9, Langlu Home in Taoyuan Street are listed for the advanced communities. Creative Building in Nantou Street, Glorious New Century Home in Nanshan Street, Zhongxing Talent Apartment in Xili Street, Haiyin Great Wall phase I in Yuehai Street are the standard communities.
