A job fair for enterprises engaged in Nanshan District’s key industrial chain was held on Mar. 1 at the Gemdale Viseen Tower, featuring over 1,000 positions from 112 renowned companies and attracting nearly 5,000 job seekers.

The event was organized by the Nanshan District People's Government and hosted by the Nanshan District Human Resources Bureau.

The 112 companies participating in the fair, including 17 listed, 66 specialized and sophisticated, and 72 national high-tech enterprises, sought to fill over 1,000 positions that require 8,000 employees. More than 4,000 job seekers attended the fair, and 7,832 interviews were conducted on site.Companies received about 5,200 resumes, with 1,176 individuals receiving preliminary offers.

The event also featured a dedicated recruitment area for Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases. The bases are part of a key initiative in Shenzhen's efforts in building a high-level talent hub within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Meanwhile, a special job fair was also launched at the event simultaneously aiming to promote rural revitalization and enhance people’s well-being. The job fair was launched by Nanshan and three counties that received paired-up assistance from the district.
