Founded in November 2018, Nanshan International Cultural Exchange & Service Center (NSIC) is a one-stop center for foreigners, whether living in Shenzhen or just visiting.

Zhaoshang Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats (formerly known as the Shekou Net Valley Management and Service Center for Expats) was established in July 2018.

Shekou Subdistrict Office established the province’s first foreign-related legal service platform, the Shekou Foreign Legal Assistance Center.

On June 28, 2017, the Shekou Management and Service Center for Expats was inaugurated, becoming the first foreign-related service center in Shenzhen providing both management and service functions.
