Yet Kum Meng, CEO and executive director of Lippo’s OUE Healthcare Limited, said, “The new hospital will work closely with the group’s Asian medical network while extending its reach to Southeast Asia. It aims to provide local residents and cross‑border populations with medical services that meet international standards.”
The hospital features three core centers dedicated to international medical services, minimally invasive surgeries, and health management. It boasts expertise in six key specialties: pain management, rehabilitation, gynecology, traditional Chinese medicine, gastroenterology, and respiratory medicine. Alongside its in‑house specialist teams, the hospital collaborates with top domestic and international experts, particularly in the field of minimally invasive surgery.
The hospital has established partnerships with The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, and Guangzhou First People's Hospital. In the future, some 90 specialists from Singapore within Lippo’s network are expected to serve the hospital through personnel exchanges and teleconsultations.

Fully integrated into China’s medical insurance system, the hospital has also set up direct billing arrangements with major commercial insurance providers from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao, including AIA Hong Kong (U CARE), Parkway, and Cigna & CMB. This means patients no longer need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later.
Multilingual services are available, and a dedicated service area for Hong Kong and Macao residents is equipped with devices from Siemens, Philips, GE, and Olympus.
With nearly 40 years of healthcare experience across Asia, Lippo Group operates around 300 medical institutions, with over 9,000 beds and 18,000 staff. Many of its institutions are accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI).
