Nanshan District officially launched the “AI Zhi Ban” (AI智办) special area in its online government service platform on July 7, marking a significant leap in providing efficient and accessible public services.

This innovative platform is designed to handle high-frequency affairs from various departments, including health, urban management, civil affairs, housing and construction, water affairs, culture and sports, publicity, business, and the disabled persons’ federation.The initiative brings a new service experience of “intelligent, direct and one-stop,” aiming to enhance the quality of life for residents and businesses in the district.

Under the guidance of the Government Services and Data Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Nanshan District Government Services and Data Management Bureau has deeply integrated its digital government commissioner named “Nan Xiao Zhi” (南小智) and a special area called “Shi Ban Cheng” (视办成), providing smart government services around the clock.One of the standout features of the “AI Zhi Ban” is the digital specialist “Nan Xiao Zhi.” The upgraded assistant is capable of providing a range of intelligent services, including service consultation, material verification, form filling, service appointment, and progress inquiry.

Compared to traditional methods such as face-to-face services, telephone customer service, or online searches, it significantly shortens the time applicants need to obtain information. This not only improves the efficiency of service delivery but also enhances the overall user experience.

The platform’s ability to provide quick and accurate responses to user queries ensures that residents and businesses can access the services they need with greater ease and convenience.
