As the Spring Festival draws near, Nanshan District is bracing for an influx of tourists and family visits. In a bid to enhance the travel experience, the Culture, Media, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Nanshan District has partnered with SF Express to introduce a unique “tourism+express delivery” service, ensuring a seamless transfer of tourists’ luggage between transportation hubs, hotels, and scenic spots.

This innovative collaboration aims to provide tourists with a hassle-free travel experience in Nanshan. Dozens of hotels, including Shenzhen Conrad Hotel, Hongbo Hotel, Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen, Seaview Gleetour Hotel Shenzhen, Grand Soluxe Zhongyou Hotel Shenzhen, InterContinental Shenzhen, Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town, and Crowne Plaza Hotel, have joined the project and opened the “Nanshan Hotel-Checkpoint” special line, offering diverse luggage delivery options for visitors.

SF Express service outlets will provide one-stop services for heavy packages, including reception consultation, collection and shipping, and item storage. This allows tourists to enjoy convenient travel services as soon as they arrive in Nanshan. In addition to these services, SF Express has collaborated with Shenzhen Metro to deploy Fengchao (Hive Box) storage lockers in high passenger flow stations, catering to passengers’ needs for parcel delivery and storage within subway stations.

Looking ahead, the bureau plans to invite more partners to join the “Easy Travel” service, ensuring that every tourist who visits Nanshan can enjoy high-quality cultural and tourism experiences.
