In a bid to entice newlyweds into the housing market, Nanshan District has recently unveiled an innovative home purchase initiative. The campaign encompasses 10 participating commercial housing projects, offering a suite of incentives designed to make home ownership more accessible for newly married couples.

The initiative is laden with substantial benefits, including exclusive discounts on home purchases and generous home decoration subsidies. Newlyweds are afforded preferential treatment, reaping the rewards of special discounts and receiving bespoke gifts tailored to their needs upon the acquisition of a property in Nanshan.

The combination of superior housing stock and exceptional service has piqued the interest of numerous newlyweds. As of Sept. 22, the event has drawn in 150 newly married couples, with a total attendance exceeding 630 citizens. The event has seen 26 individuals express a firm intention to purchase a home. Over the event's duration, spanning the past seven days, 17 subscription intentions have been formalized, covering an area of roughly 2,000 square meters.
