The Houhai Intelligent Operation Center was unveiled at Shenzhen Talent Park in Nanshan District on Sept. 13.

The Houhai central area covers an area of 3.5 square kilometers. With the central area’s public space as a pilot project, Nanshan is actively exploring new paths for modern governance of megacities.

The Houhai Intelligent Operation Center is a joint operation platform of the Houhai Intelligent Operation Team jointly established by China Resources Land and the Nanshan District Government.

In terms of smart city operation, the Houhai central area aims to build a Shenzhen smart digital twin platform, form a professional government-enterprise cooperation team, continuously explore and innovate smart city operation methods, and improve the intelligent level of management and services.

At present, the pilot project’s smart application scenarios include credit parking, low-altitude drone delivery and low-altitude intelligent patrol.
