Nanshan Notary Office has simultaneously established service points at both the Nanshan District Government Service Center and the Chuangzhi Cloud City Service Hall of Shenzhen Nanshan District Government Service Center, further facilitating access for enterprises and residents in key areas. 

This expansion enables "nearby and one-stop" notary services, contributing to the development of an efficient and convenient business environment under the rule of law.

The two government service centers are located in Shenzhen Bay and Xili areas, which host numerous high-tech enterprises, universities, and research institutions. The arrival of Nanshan Notary Office will directly serve the notarization needs of businesses and residents in these areas, providing comprehensive notary services covering domestic and international civil, commercial, and financial matters. The services will offer particular legal support in areas such as intellectual property protection, foreign-related business, and talent recruitment, meeting diverse demands.

This dual-center expansion represents another significant step in optimizing the notary service network, following the establishment of previous service points at OCT, Xili, and the Nanshan Intellectual Property Protection Center. 

According to officials, Nanshan Notary Office has introduced digital services including remote video notarization and online enforcement notarization. Both new service points are equipped with modern notary facilities and systems. Through the remote video system, certain services can be processed without a physical visit, with certificates issued as quickly as within one working day.
