Nanshan District has launched a new incentive program through its iNanshan Enterprise Service Comprehensive Platform (iNanshan), offering rewards of up to 100 million yuan (US$13.93 million) to for-profit service enterprises that meet specific growth and scale criteria in the first half of 2025.

The initiative aims to encourage enterprises to establish roots and expand in Nanshan, promoting both quality improvement and reasonable growth in the district's service sector while strengthening the cultivation of for-profit service enterprises.

Under the program, eligible enterprises will receive rewards based on their revenue growth in the first half of 2025. Companies with year-on-year revenue growth exceeding 10% but not surpassing 20% will receive a 0.1% reward on the portion of revenue increase beyond 10%. Those with growth exceeding 20% will qualify for a higher reward rate of 0.15% on the incremental revenue. Each enterprise can receive a maximum of 100 million yuan in rewards annually through this program.

The application period is open from now until September 19. This special funding project operates on principles of fairness, openness, and impartiality, implementing a management system of voluntary application, scientific decision-making, and performance evaluation. The funding is provided as non-reimbursable grants through post-event subsidies, and funded projects do not require acceptance inspections.
