In a strategic move to bolster the “Million Talents Gathering in Guangdong” initiative, Nanshan District has unveiled the 2025 Youth Internship and Practice Exchange Activity. This initiative is spearheaded by the United Front Work Department of the Nanshan District Committee, in collaboration with the Youth League Committee and the District Youth Federation.

Key Highlights:

1. Collaboration with Industry Leaders: The event joins forces with prominent enterprises and institutions, including Tencent, ZTE, China Merchants Group, UBTECH, Streamax, Surfilter, OCT Culture and Tourism, KPMG (Shenzhen), Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and Neptunus.

2. Diverse Internship Opportunities: Nearly a thousand high-quality internship positions have been released, spanning across various industries such as scientific research, technology development, product operation, financial and legal affairs, marketing, and administrative human resources.

3. University-Enterprise Partnerships: The initiative collaborates with 15 universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and overseas institutions to establish “training bases,” facilitating the joint construction of talent pools for enterprises and paving the way for young professionals’ career development.

4. Target Audience: The event is open to mainland university students, students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, overseas returnees, and domestic overseas Chinese students.

5. Policy Interpretation and Career Counseling: A dedicated section will be available to inform participants about Nanshan’s employment and entrepreneurship policies. Additionally, renowned HR professionals and senior career mentors will conduct job-seeking counseling workshops, offering guidance on crafting high-scoring resumes and overcoming interview challenges.
