Known as the “Tower of the Future,” the Tower C project of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base in Nanshan District has entered a new stage of structural construction, according to its builder China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau Ltd.
The project is located in the central area of the “cross biaxial” spatial pattern of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. It aims to create a complex that integrates top-tier office, hotel, commerce, transportation, and leisure facilities.

It plans to build a super twin tower, with a maximum height of 393 meters, which is one of the three super high-rise landmarks in the area. In the future, the Tower C project, together with Tower A and Tower B, will create the skylines of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base.
The mixed use development was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Zaha Hadid Architects. It consists of two super high-rise twin towers connected by a corridor, which looks like a pair of lovers dancing gracefully.
“The hyperbolic shape requires high spatial positioning accuracy control and construction deformation control. During the construction process, it is planned to use 13 intelligent robots to participate in the construction,” said the construction project’s leader.
