IMPORTANT NOTICE

1、根据中国法律规定，境外人员（含外国人、中国台湾人及华侨）入境后须在24小时内向当地公安派出所申报临时住宿（入住酒店的境外人员在入住酒店申报），除通过该申报系统申报外，您也可到当地公安派出所申报；

According to Chinese regulations,foreigners, Chinese Taiwan Residents and Overseas Chinese,who wants to lodge at the home of a Chinese resident in urban areas, the host or the lodger shall, within 24 hours of the lodger’s arrival ,report to the local police station for   temporary accommodation registration (also known as the registration) .When lodging at a hotel, register with the hotel in accordance with the Public Administration Regulations for hotels. You can register your information to the local police station besides this system.

2、如果您办理了新签证或住址、工作单位发生变化，请您及时通过本申报系统或到当地派出所进行变更；

3、如果您即将离开中国，请在离境前到当地派出所注销住宿登记；

4、您所选择业务申报成功后，系统会生成业务受理编号，请您注意记录保存；

If you had successfully applied an appointment in the system, it would give you an application serial number, please keep record or save it.

5、境外人员住宿申报成功后，您居住地所属派出所民警将会在5个工作日内将境外人员住宿申报回执送达给您。同时，请您留下详细的联系方式，以便与您取得联系。
